The most popular culinary pair. Wine is the preferred partner for cheese, and there are hardly any other culinary combinations that offer so many opportunities to taste and experiment. The given combinations of the past have now been replaced with new discoveries of how to enjoy cheese and wine. The AWMB worked closely with wine and cheese experts, who tested a wide range of combinations of different cheeses with a selection of wines. The results have formed the basis for this brochure and clarifies how important it is to forget old prejudices.
