Storing good quality wines correctly is essential. The best place to store your bottles is in a wine cellar, but if you don’t have one of these, then a cool, dark place that maintains a constant temperature and the right level of humidity is also adequate. You can find suitable storage units and crates in the Austrian Wine Institute (ÖWI) shop.
